A FITNESS coach has shared what she eats in a day and people begged her for the recipe for her homemade pizza.
She explained she was able to lose over 55 pounds while eating quick and easy meals like the pepperoni pie.
Brittany (@brittanymccrystal) shared the recipe with over 690,000 TikTok followers.
In a video, she revealed what a typical day of eating looked like for someone who had since lost over 55 pounds.
She started off her day with a cappuccino and homemade baked oats for breakfast.
She made her own BBQ pepperoni pizza for only 390 calories for lunch, with some chocolate clusters as a snack, a Big Mac burger bowl for dinner, and a yogurt bowl for dessert.
People flocked to the comments to request the deets for the low-calorie but delicious pizza.

Brittany honored the demands, sharing the meal in a follow-up video.
Starting with garlic naan bread, she added two tablespoons of no-sugar BBQ sauce, 40 grams of diced onion, and 40 grams of diced mushrooms.

She topped off the pizza with 40 grams of mozzarella and 20 grams of spicy chorizo for the perfect personal pie.
"Pop it in the oven for ten minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly," she said.
