EDEN CONFIDENTIAL: Fairytale in New York for Emma Forbes’ daughter Lily Clempson as she marries American financier James Moross in a lavish ceremony

Beaming Emma Forbes was on hand to support her fashion designer daughter Lily Clempson as she married American financier James Moross in a lavish ceremony in New York.

‘I couldn’t be prouder of Jamie and Lily, and I couldn’t be happier to celebrate their love,’ says Emma.

Bride, Lily, 27, wore a fur wrap over her white wedding dress as she walked down the aisle at Cipriani’s grand restaurant in the Big Apple, which had been transformed into a candlelit winter wonderland.

‘It was a moment I shall never forget,’ adds Emma.

The broadcaster and her husband Graham Clempson sold their £25 million home in Chelsea, London, and moved to New York in 2018.

Edie’s furry Christmas!

Top model and keen equestrian Edie Campbell feared she would be left permanently disfigured after a nasty horse-riding injury left her needing emergency facial surgery.

Yet just a few weeks after the incident in which Edie, 33, was kicked in the face and shoulder by a horse, she seems to have fully recovered.

The daughter of Old Etonian Roddy Campbell and architect Sophie Hicks showed off her post-operation results at a festive party, where she was dressed in a revealing Mrs Claus costume — complete with a furry bandeau top and mini skirt.

‘Quite an out-of-character outfit,’ she mused. Hopefully Edie now knows to give the reindeer a wide berth…

‘I drive people up the wall,’ says the actress. ‘That’s probably why I split up with my ex, just too many ideas. We never married. Again, too much of a decision.’

Helena’s lack of decisiveness even affected her choosing a moniker for their daughter Nell, 16. ‘My daughter has four middle names … Nell, Bella, Georgia, Molly, Mabel, Burton. That’s indecision or ADHD.’

Residents of the endangered houseboat community of Chelsea Reach on the Thames are celebrating a small victory.

As I revealed, they fear they will be priced out of their moorings by the arrival of luxurious ‘super-boats’ owned by property developer Andrew Moffat’s Chelsea Yacht and Boat Company.

Chelsea Reach residents fear they will be priced out of their moorings by the arrival of ‘super-boats’ owned by property developer Andrew Moffat’s Chelsea Yacht and Boat Company

But a Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea planning committee has voted against the new arrivals, for now, citing potential planning breaches which need to be tested further.

A campaigner says: ‘If it had gone the other way, they would have been sunk.’
