Asda shoppers race to stores as huge George clothing sale starts today – plus the date the baby & kids’ sale begins | The Sun

IF YOU are in the market for some new summer clothes, you may want to race down to Asda to take advantage of their huge sale.

Shoppers have been rushing to supermarkets to check out the bargains, and have uploaded photos of the savings on offer.


One bargain hunter showed racks of clothes laid out with up to 50 per cent off each item.

They shared a photo to the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, saying: “Massive George at Asda ladies & Men's Summer sale starts instore today! 

“Lots of bargains to be had at the Chatham superstore today.”

Another post showed racks of discounted colourful bras with red stickers on showing they were half price.

The caption read: “ASDA Sale live NOW.

“Massive sale has started this morning.”

Meanwhile the Hull store posted: “Well what can I say our amazing George team have worked wonders tonight to bring you this absolutely huge George Upto 1/2 price summer sale starting at 9am Thursday morning see you there.”

The sale has launched today in numerous Asda stores for adult clothing, but you’ll have to wait for baby and children’s wear.

However, if you can’t make it down to the shops, you can check out sale items online.

Many Asda shoppers seemed excited to head down to their local store, with one saying: “ looks good.”

Another added: “ I knew going asda tonight is a good idea.”
