After launching in May of this year, skate label AM-FM Equipment is already establishing a strong identity in the park. Led by Scott Tepper, who previously served as creative director for HUF, and his longtime friend Sagan Lockhart, an original Odd Future member with a firm presence in the skating, photography and music domains, the brand has a natural affinity for its clients. Now, for the Holiday 2023 season, AM-FM Equipment has delivered an all-new collection filled with illustrative graphics and expressive iconograpy.
The brand cites this collection’s inspiration as the following: vintage analog audio and visual packaging, motocross and racing attire, house music and classic films. The mood board comes to life across a bevy of logo-clad hoodies, long-sleeves, T-shirts and acesssories.
Among them, fleece hoodies don the label’s classic branding across the chest, while long-sleeves play into the motorsport aesthetic with playful sponsorship-inspired patches and central neon lettering. T-shirts, meanwhile, host kaleidoscopic motifs on their backs, referencing nostalgic video patterns. Headwear rounds out the range, with caps flaunting the imprint’s logo and videotape-inspired “Hi8” embroidery.
AM-FM Equipment’s Holiday 2023 collection is now available to shop via the brand’s webstore. Prices range from $40 USD to $100 USD. Take a closer look at the line in the campaign, starring new team member Allan Stoops, in the gallery above.
