Alongside the image, Natalie wrote: "Our Joanie is 7! You rock! You are so funny and so clever. We all love you so much. “
Natalie, who shares Joanie with her fiancé, Marc Humphreys, is also a doting mum to another daughter, 12 year old Eliza from a previous relationship, and the whole family were keen to get stuck in to celebrate Joanie’s special day.
Shortly after the image was shared online, fans and famous faces all raced to the comments section to share their best wishes with the birthday girl, including a few of Natalie’s EastEnders co-stars.

The latest birthday celebration comes just days after Natalie revealed she was undergoing another hair transformation after previously dyeing her hair and being less than impressed with the results.
Last weekend, the proud mum revealed she was returning her hair to it’s usual chocolate hue after having experimented with a lighter shade of brown.
Unfortunately despite compliments from fans, Natalie admitted she didn’t feel like herself with the new style.
She told her followers: “To everyone who's said nice things about my barnet, thank you but I'm changing it back today.”
Natalie then continued: “I’m pleased I tried going lighter but I just don't feel like me! My poor hairdresser!”
The light-hearted posts were a far cry from Natalie’s alter ego as Sonia in popular BBC soap EastEnders, as the character has faced more than a few hurdles in recent weeks, including realising her boyfriend was married and a long term hospital patient.
Despite this revelation however, Sonia and partner Reiss have been determined to make a go of things and have even begun to plan to start a family of their own.
Viewers last week discovered that Reiss suffers from fertility issues and would need to pursue IVF if his hopes of becoming a father were ever to come to fruition, however in a sinister twist, it appearedhe was willing to borrow money from his comatose wife’s bankaccount to fund the treatment – something which had failed to disclose to girlfriend Sonia.
