NTAs: Kate Garraway wins ‘Authored Documentary’ award
Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway looked sensational as she arrived at the National Television Awards wearing a stylish white trouser suit.
The tuxedo-style jacket was cinched in at the waist with a large corsage that had diamond embellishments. The wide-leg tousers looked comfortable as they draped over her heeled shoes.
Adding to her glamorous look, the mother of two, who won an award for her emotional documentary Caring for Derek last year, left her hair flowing around her face as she paired the outfit with some silver statement earrings.
Kate was all smiles for the cameras as she posed on the red carpet.
The GMB star’s appearance comes a year after the 56-year-old left fans in tears with an emotional gesture to Kelsey Parker, 32, who lost out on an NTA to her last year.

In 2022’s show, Kate left fans feeling emotional as on the way to collect her award for the Best Authored Documentary, she took the time to show her support to Tom Parker’s wife Kelsey, by stopping and giving her a hug.
NTA viewers were quick to share their thoughts on the special moment taking to X, one viewer wrote: ““Seeing Kate Garraway and Tom Parker’s wife hug literally broke my heart, it was so sweet #NTAs.”
Whilst another added: ““Kate running straight over to hug Kelsey. That’s her all over. Such a lovely person #NTAs.””
And a third said: “Kate looked shocked and IMMEDIATELY went to hug Kelsey – even she didn’t think she should have won that tbh #NTAs.”

Other nominees for last year’s award were Katie Price, Julia Bradbury, Paddy and Christine McGuinness as well as the late Tom Parker and Kelsey for their documentary Tom Parker: Inside My Head.
Tom and Kelsey’s documentary followed the couple as they organised a concert in aid of cancer charities six months before his death from a brain tumour in 2022.
Whilst many people thought that Kelsey would win, the award went to Kate, who had also won in the same category in 2021.
Kate has made two documentaries Finding Derek and Caring For Derek in 2021 and 2022 respectively.
Both documentaries explored her husband Derek Draper’s battle with Covid and the aftermath of long covid.
She is also said to be in production for a third documentary that is expected to focus on medical staff, unpaid carers and the NHS.
