Britney Spears has been getting on with her life after opening up about her past in her memoir, The Woman In Me.
However, she hasn’t been posting her regular daily videos on Instagram, but the singer has now explained why.
The Toxic hitmaker has shared a vow she has made with herself, admitting she probably posts “too often”.
Britney shared a throwback video of herself dancing in tiny pink bikini shorts, a cropped white top, and white boots.
She captioned the video: “I probably post too often so this month I’m holding back a touch and I’m gonna post some past and future posts !!!

This comes as her sister Jamie Lynn Spears landed herself a role on the popular UK reality series, I’m a Celebrity: Get Me Out Of Here!
Her appearance is sure to have been met with criticism, and that was not helped by her introduction, prior to the show’s air.
In the video, the new campmates introduced themselves and discussed their reasons for going on the show.

In it, Jamie described herself as an “actress and singer” notably missing out her famous sister.
She said: “I’m best known for being an actress and a singer.
“I have been doing it since I could basically walk.”
Jamie’s innocent comment has caused an outrage on X, formerly known as Twitter, with many social media users venting their anger.
@Fevernostalgia said: “Jamie Lynn saying she’s best known as an actress and singer as if she’s not only known for being Britney’s sister.”
@Leanne_OT_91 added: “Jamie Lynn Spears thinks she’s most known for being an actress and singer (who knew) but really she’s only known for being Britney’s little sister #ImACeleb.”
@FragileEllie commented: “‘I’m best known for being an actress and a singer!’ Jamie Lynn-Spears…babe you’re mostly known for being Britney Spears’s sister and having one Nickelodeon show.”
Britney has not commented on her sister Jamie Lynn’s new TV reality series and has also not commented on her recent appearance on DWTS.
