Make your Brussels sprouts taste better – tasty recipe

Brussels sprouts are a controversial but common Christmas side dish. According to research by Tesco, the nation has a love-hate relationship with them.

According to the supermarket’s 2023 Christmas report, 51 percent say theyโ€™re an essential component of a Christmas dinner plate. This is up three percent from last year.

Olive has found a way Britons can upgrade and revamp their sprouts so the whole family loves them, with a recipe from Adam Bush.

He said: “There are so many ways to make the most of sprouts while they’re in season โ€“here, they’re slicked with umami-packed miso and zingy lime, and roasted until golden and caramelised.”

Adams’ recipe serves four people as a side, and takes five minutes to prepare plus another 35 to cook.
