A pair of gowns worn by iconic real-life princesses will be up for bidding during Julien’s Auctions’ Unstoppable: Signature Styles of Iconic Women in Fashion event.<\/p>\n
A black silk velvet cocktail dress worn by Princess Diana, designed by Catherine Walker, is one of the biggest items up for bidding, estimated to fetch $100K-$200K.<\/p>\n
Another pricey item is a kelly green Givenchy gown worn by Grace Kelly while she was Princess of Monaco, expected to sell for $60K-$80K.<\/p>\n
Other items include Nicole Kidman’s sequin gown from The Stepford Wives, Cher’s Dolce & Gabbana pants and Paris Hilton’s Louis Verdad gown from her album cover.<\/p>\n
The online auction will take place Thursday, January 11 at Julien’s Live.<\/p>\n

The Princess Di dress was worn to a private event and features an, ‘off-the-shoulder neckline, a princess-seamed bodice with boning, and bias-cut ivory satin accents sewn at the neckline, cuffs, and hem.’<\/p>\n
Walker created some of Di’s most iconic garments, with three recent gowns selling for a combined $1.6 million at a recent auction.<\/p>\n
Actress Grace Kelly had become Princess Grace of Monaco when she wore this iconic Givenchy gown during a visit to The White House in May 1961<\/p>\n
Kelly was pictured in the gown as she and her husband Prince Rainier met with American President John F. Kennedy and First Lady Jackie Onassis.<\/p>\n
Moving from actual royalty to Hollywood royalty, a dress worn by Audrey Hepburn will also be up for bidding.<\/p>\n
Hepburn wore this\u00a0Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche matelasse\u0301 ecru gown with a blue velvet sash to her son Luca\u2019s 1970 christening, which is expected to sell in the $10K-$20K range.<\/p>\n
Another item from Hepburn’s personal wardrobe going up for bidding is a, ‘1970s Grecian-inspired evening dress referencing the 1920s flapper style dresses designed by HaitianAmerican designer, Fabrice Simon,’ estimated between $8K-$10K.<\/p>\n
Another Hollywood legend, Elizabeth Taylor, will have a number of items up for bidding, the most prominent of which is a caftan seen in the 1968 film Boom!<\/p>\n

The caftan has white seashells sewn and clustered together on the neckline and cuffs and comes with a matching shell pair of earrings, estimated to fetch between $4K-$6K.<\/p>\n
One of the more modern pieces is a pair of Dolce & Gabbana pants and pumps worn by Cher at the 2000 Vanity Fair Oscar Party.<\/p>\n
The pants are described as, ‘peacock feather-hued paisley embellished brocade pants with slits, embellished with faceted pastel-colored prong set stones and gold seed beads.’<\/p>\n
The lot comes with, ‘Dolce and Gabbana brocade sling-backs with faceted glass beaded clusters at the shoe vamps, rose pink leather-lined soles,’ with an estimate between $3K and $5K.<\/p>\n
Also up for bidding is Joan Collins’ 2018 Alexander McQueen jeweled asymmetric peplum blazer.<\/p>\n
The blazer was designed by Sarah Burton, and is expectd to fetch between $3K and $4K during the auction<\/p>\n
The cashmere blend cape in the house\u2019s signature Valentino red features arm slits at the front and a hook-and-eye clasp closure at the neckline, estimated at $1K-$2K.<\/p>\n

Also going under the hammer is a Burburry London trench coat with gold metallic coating worn by Whitney Houston in 2008, expected to fetch between $3K and $4K.<\/span><\/p>\n Lady Gaga’s white patent leather trench coat she showcased on her Instagram in 2018 by Georgian designer Tamuna Ingorovka is estimated to get $3K-$4K.<\/span><\/p>\n
