at least once a week &#8211; after claiming his ex-wife actress Alice Evans\u00a0had kept the girls away from him for almost a year amid their bitter divorce.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In new court filings obtained by DailyMail.com, a judge ordered\u00a0Evans, 55, to take the youngsters, Elsie, 10, and Ella, 14, to weekly &#8216;reunification therapy&#8217; the girls, causing them &#8216;serious emotional harm.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>In August, the judge granted the actor&#8217;s request for appointment of a child psychiatrist &#8216;evaluator&#8217; to referee the increasingly hostile tug-of-war.<\/p>\n<p>On the recommendation of that evaluator, Judge Stinn issued a written order \u2013 obtained by DailyMail.com \u2013 ruling that Evans must take Ella and Elsie once a week to one-on-one individual sessions with a therapist, to be chosen by the girls&#8217; court-appointed attorney.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the judge ordered Evans to take the girls, separately, to weekly meetings with their father and &#8216;reunification therapist&#8217; Karin Manger \u2013 who will also counsel Evans in separate therapy sessions.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Stinn cautioned both Evans and Gruffudd not to take pot shots at each other in front of the girls during therapy stints.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Neither party shall make derogatory remarks about or disparage the other party, either directly or indirectly, to or within the hearing of the minor children\u2026..&#8217;, the judge wrote in his order.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/27\/16\/78281275-12796009-image-a-2_1701103418234.jpg\" height=\"875\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/27\/16\/78281277-12796009-image-a-7_1701103418476.jpg\" height=\"863\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>He also ordered Evans and Gruffudd to communicate about the children &#8216;at least once every 24 hours&#8217; using the court&#8217;s &#8216;ourfamilywizard.com&#8217; email system.<\/p>\n<p>During their vitriolic divorce, Gruffudd \u2013 who claimed that Evans had only allowed him to see his daughters for seven per cent of the last year\u00a0\u2013 said &#8216;Alice regularly berated, verbally abused and threatened me during our marriage and after separation, often in the presence of Ella and\/or Elsie.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Among other things, Alice told me she had been miserable for years and wanted a divorce, attacked my appearance and my career, threatened to call the police on me and told Ella she would be getting a new father soon.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I believe it was unhealthy and distressing to the girls to witness this behavior and I believe Alice&#8217;s conduct was abusive not only to me, but to the girls as well.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Gruffudd \u2013 now dating Bianca Wallace, 31 \u2013 recounted an incident on Ella&#8217;s 11th birthday when &#8216;Elsie sent me a video of Ella arguing with Alice.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ella said she was upset because Alice had broken her promise not to drink alcohol and she begged Alice to stop bringing me up in every conversation.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Alice screamed at Ella and called her a &#8216;f***ing bitch&#8217;
