<em>TMZ<\/em>, Foster has alleged that he was involved in Ball&#8217;s signature PUMA line. Years after Foster&#8217;s falling out with the family, he has now claimed that the Charlotte Hornets star guard and the sportswear company have infringed on his trademarks when they created the MB.01 signature shoes. According to the filing, Foster&#8217;s attorney said, &#8220;He knew that his Big Baller Brand signature shoe was called the &#8216;MB1&#8217; and that the name was protected by federal trademark. Yet, despite his knowledge of all of this, LaMelo willfully and deliberately chose to name the signature shoe he created and designed with Puma the &#8216;MB1&#8217; in violation of the LaMelo trademarks.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>For years, Foster and the Ball family have been entangled in several public disputes. Alleging over $200 million USD in damages from LaMelo and PUMA, Foster also claims that LaVar tried to push Foster out of the company and created a second version of BBB to try to transfer over Foster&#8217;s so he could make &#8220;huge profits&#8221; from he successful brand.
