<\/p>\nMARTIN Lewis has revealed how to claim \u00a3205 of free cash from a major UK bank.<\/p>\n
The Money Saving Expert founder has revealed thatcustomers can receive \u00a3205 from the bank if they apply before midnight on Monday.<\/p>\n

The deal from HSBC allows you to claim the \u00a3205 by setting up an HSBC Advance or Premier account. Only new customers will receive the \u00a3205.<\/p>\n
Martin posted: "Right now there\u2019s a bank that will pay you for opening an account, but you don\u2019t need to use its switching service.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou don\u2019t need to switch to it so you can keep your old bank and your normal banking systems up and running.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd you can effectively just open this to get the free cash.\u201d<\/p>\n
Martin also shared how couples can claim more than \u00a3205, as the Money Saving Expert said: \u201cIn fact, if you\u2019re a couple, and I have already had many people doing this, both of you can do it. Martin explained that in order to receive \u00a3205 candidates will have to pass a credit check.<\/p>\n He said:"When you apply, you will need to pass a credit check. It's credit checking in case you want an overdraft. So not everyone will be accepted.\u201d<\/p>\n Other high street banks also have similar cash offers right now. Customers switching to a NatWest Reward or RBS Reward current account can pick up a \u00a3200 switching bonus.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n But you must switch from a different bank, deposit \u00a31,250 into your account and log into the mobile banking app within 60 days.<\/p>\n On meeting these requirements you'll receive the \u00a3200 free cash after seven calendar days.<\/p>\n Customers switching to a TSB Spend and Save or Spend and Save Plus current account can get a \u00a3200 switching bonus.<\/p>\n Customers get the first amount worth \u00a3125 by September 30 after setting up a minimum of two direct debits, using their debit card at least once and logging into internet banking.<\/p>\n The additional \u00a375 is then paid into new accounts by March 31, 2024, but only if you have paid at least \u00a3500 into the account each month and have made five debit card and two direct debit payments each month.<\/p>\n Customers signing up for a First Direct 1st Account can get \u00a3175 in free cash. You have to deposit \u00a31,000 within three months of opening the account though.<\/p>\n Once you have done this you'll receive the bonus within 28 days.
