CADBURY is bringing back its Secret Santa Postal Service and you could get free chocolate.<\/p>\n
Now running for the sixth year, the idea is the same – shoppers order a free bar for their loved ones.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
To enter, participants must locate a Cadbury Secret Santa Postal Service digital or static poster in the UK and scan the QR code when available.<\/p>\n
Participants will be directed to a website and notified if the daily limit of free giveaways is reached.<\/p>\n
Any unclaimed giveaways will be rolled over to the next<\/span> day until the end of the Postal Service Period.\u00a0<\/p>\n The posters will pop up around the UK between November 6 and December 24.<\/p>\n To send a bar, participants must fill in their personal details including full name, email address, mobile number and the UK postal address of the recipient.<\/p>\n Users must also provide their mobile number to verify their entry via text message.\u00a0<\/p>\n And you can choose from a wide range of chocolate bars to send.<\/p>\n These include:<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n 120,000 chocolate bars will be up for grabs.<\/p>\n A maximum of one bar per mobile number and a maximum of five per household is available.<\/p>\n Free bars available via the Cadbury Secret Santa website will be dispatched within one to two weeks.<\/p>\n Normally, a 360g Dairy Milk bar would cost \u00a34 from\u00a0Tesco\u00a0while a 180g bar costs \u00a32.<\/p>\n A 360g bar costs \u00a33.50 from\u00a0Asda\u00a0while a 200g bar costs \u00a32 from\u00a0Aldi.<\/p>\n You can compare prices on Trolley.co.uk to browse who sells them for the cheapest.<\/p>\n In other news, Cadbury was forced to apologise after customers were left in shock after discovering normal-size Twirls in Heroes tubs instead of the bite-size version.<\/p>\n The confectioner said: "Due to supply chain issues, in a small percentage of Heroes tubs we have temporarily substituted bitesize Cadbury Twirl to the slightly larger Cadbury Twirl 21g.<\/p>\n "This means you will still have the same amount of chocolate to enjoy in every tub!"<\/p>\n Currently, 600g Cadbury Hero tubs are selling for \u00a35 at\u00a0Tesco,\u00a0Morrisons\u00a0and\u00a0Sainsbury's\u00a0(with a \u00a34 Clubcard price at Tesco) – all up from \u00a34 last year.<\/p>\n Asda\u00a0sells the same tubs for \u00a34.50 – up from \u00a34 this time last year.<\/p>\n It comes only a year after\u00a0Mondelez, the US food giant which owns Cadbury,\u00a0first told The Sun that supply chain issues affected the availability of bite-size Cadbury Twirl products.<\/p>\n But it wasn't the first time Cadbury had been hit with supply chain issues in 2022.<\/p>\n In June the chocolate firm reported that\u00a0supply chain issues had hit stocks of Flakes.<\/p>\n The Sun previously revealed that\u00a0Christmas\u00a0chocolate tubs have shrunk in size and increased in price, once again for this festive season.<\/p>\nRead more in money<\/h2>\n
