Cool-season grasses include the likes of Kentucky bluegrass, fescue, and ryegrass. These grasses can be mown until around late fall when the soil temperatures drop below 40 and 45\u00b0F.<\/p>\n
But, if you have these grasses but live in a warmer climate, you may need to mow into early winter, as they are used to the colder weather and will continue to grow at a good pace until later in the season.<\/p>\n
