A FREQUENT flyer has revealed which plane seats she always insists on booking – even if everyone else hates them.<\/p>\n
There's a general consensus among travel experts that the back of the plane is one of the worst places to sit.<\/p>\n

Flight attendants warn passengers not to sit there if they don't like experiencing turbulence, with planes shaking much more at the back than they do at the front.<\/p>\n
What's more, passengers who sit at the back have longer to wait to get off once the plane has landed than those who sit nearer the front, due to the way people disembark.<\/p>\n
However, those two problems are outweighed by the benefits, according to travel journalist Monica Humphries.<\/p>\n
She always insists on booking the very back row of the plane whenever she flies anywhere, insisting it has many positives.<\/p>\n
