Jody Cundy has insisted he has no hope of winning Strictly Come Dancing after he attempted his first of many Latin and Ballroom moves last week.

The 44-year-old shared a video of himself trying to master a spin, ahead of taking to the dance floor next month, but almost lost his balance.

Overcoming the slight mishap, however, he remained upright and bowed down in a humorous nod to his fans.

Jody’s attempts were combined with an old video of the judges holding up their 10 paddles for previous constestants, a score he jokingly said he may not achieve.

Many of his Instagram followers remarked on his efforts in the comments section.
