EVERYONE has a seat preference when flying, with many choosing between the window and the aisle seat.

And experts have revealed what each seat says about you as a person – but window seat fans won't be pleased.

There are lots of reasons to pick a window seat, such as being easier to sleep during long flights.

She added: "They are also more likely to be restless flyers and less adept at sleeping on planes.”

The aisle seat is popular with passengers who like to move around during long flights, or who often go to the bathroom.

Experts have also revealed what it means if you pick the middle seat – often the least favoured by travellers.

The only good thing about a middle seat? You get both arm rests, according to flight attendants.
