Exciting! YouTube star JoJo Siwa, 16, has opened her doors to her avid fan base by filming a house tour of her new digs

Happy homeowner: The YouTuber bought the $3.5 million mansion for herself and her family

Happy girl: Siwa shared on both YouTube and Instagram how her family got a new mansion

Spacious: The home has white marble floors throughout the entirety of the first floor

Time to eat: The home tour included a ‘fun room’ with convenience store food machines, such as a pizza warmer and slushie machine

Upon entering the mansion, viewers are greeted with a baby grand placed directly in the center of the entryway. Then surrounding the piano is different mannequins dressed in Siwa outfits, all of which are housed in their own separate glass containers.

Footage went on to show the ‘fun room’ off the entryway, and it included chairs Nickelodeon gifted Siwa for her birthday as well as a bar stocked with candy.

‘It’s my house, we have to have a candy bar,’ Siwa said to the camera.

Included in the corner of the room is also the YouTuber’s own version of a 7-Eleven store. She brought in convenience store food machines, like a popcorn maker, pizza warmer and slushy machine.

Right off the kitchen in the home is a new JoJo merch room, complete with all the merchandise attached to Siwa’s name.

The last home also had a merch room with a separate area in the garage for storage, but the new one is larger to be the sole place to store everything designed by Siwa for fans.

‘Now it’s like an actual store,’ Siwa said. ‘I want to get signage for the ceiling that says like, “aisle seven.”‘

She added: ‘Now that JoJo merch has been taken to the completely bigger level — I mean, there’s like every product under the sun, and the moon, and the stars, and the galaxy and the whole Milky Way — we were like, “Okay, we need a better situation.”‘

In total, the home boasts about 6,000 square feet of space for the YouTuber and her family to roam around.

The house tour continued with the bow-wearing YouTuber showing off the kitchen and dining room, which also is decorated with mannequins in iconic costumes.

It also showed the backyard area fit with a basketball court, pool, foosball table, ping pong table, and sitting area.

Siwa shared her house tour with viewers on December 29, and the video has since garnered 2.4 million views with fans eager to see the new space that will be a backdrop of her upcoming vlogs.

Part of the reason Siwa and her family could move into the mega-mansion comes after Siwa first found success on Dance Moms. In 2013, the Omaha, Nebraska, native auditioned for the second season of Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition, making it into the top five before getting eliminated.

Fun: The home also features a game-style room in which there is a pool table, Coca-Cola memorabilia, an arcade claw game, and a host of candy machines

Taking a shot: A basketball court sits in the backyard. Siwa revealed it also can transform into a volleyball court

More to see: Around one side of the home is a pool next to a seating area

Colorful: Siwa, known for wearing a variety of colors, incorporated bright colors into many aspects of her home

Old home: Siwa’s old home (pictured) was decked out in colorful lights and fun furniture, particularly around the holidays, however it does not look as though the YouTuber has had a chance to decorate her new home in the same way yet

Time to perform: The YouTuber has racked up a fortune of millions thanks to her singing career and international tour (left), while also amassing a host of famous friends, including Kim and Kourtney Kardashian’s daughters North and Penelope (right)

The beginning: The YouTuber first got her start when she appeared on Lifetime reality series Dance Moms (pictured in 2011) after first competing in Abby Lee Miller’s Ultimate Dance Competition on the same network

She went on to earn a role in Abby Lee Miller’s dance company, which included the opportunity to appear on Dance Moms.

At the same time, Siwa’s singing career took off. The star also went on to sign a lucrative deal with Claire’s to launch her own merchandise that included large bows, a signature look for the YouTuber.

Dance Moms was not the only TV franchise interested in Siwa. She signed a deal with Nickelodeon in 2017 to appear on its different shows like Blurt and Lip Sync Battles Shorties.

Siwa’s fan base has grown to span across continents, and she also found herself with one avid supporter in Kim Kardashian’s eldest daughter, five-year-old North West.

North got the opportunity last year to visit Siwa’s old home and film a YouTube video with the star. She also attended Siwa’s 16th birthday party with Kourtney Kardashian’s daughter, Penelope Disick.

Siwa intends to go back on tour soon to perform her hit songs while also keeping up with her booming YouTube channel.
