‘Women should get surgery to look hot – I’ve had 20 ops on boobs, bum and teeth’

A model who put her body through a lot of plastic surgery claims all women should do the same to be "truly beautiful".

Aleira Avendaño wore a corset for seven years and underwent 20 rounds of procedures to achieve her ideal 20-inch waist.

The 26-year-old has had four separate breast enlargements, two nose jobs and a gastric bypass.

Now with big boobs, the Venezuelan bombshell believes other women should go under the knife too.

She told MailOnline: "I'm not worried about going under the knife.

"I will have whatever kind of surgery that makes me feel better about my body.

"Every woman should have plastic surgery if they want to be truly beautiful."

Aleira boasts half a million followers on social media where she shares daily pictures of her jaw-dropping body.

But it does mean she faces some abuse at times.

However it hasn't stopped her from achieving incredible opportunities, like appearing on Mexico Playboy.

In order to achieve her look, Aleira underwent the first of her breast enlargements aged 19, followed by nose jobs and gastric bypass.

She also had three rounds of "biopolymer" butt implants, a forehead-lift, neck elongation, liposuction and had her real teeth removed.

Now she's got dentures in her mouth to give her the perfect smile.

Surprisingly enough, by Venezuelan standards, Aleira was relatively late in having plastic surgery.

In the South American country, it is common to be given a boob job as a 15th birthday present.

She gushed: "Only the strongest and most beautiful women are willing to go under the knife in the name of perfection."

Her most famous asset is her 20-inch waist, which she achieved by wearing a Victorian corset for 23 hours a day for seven years.

The effects of the corset have left scars on her body.

Aleira's ribs have been crushed inwards by the force of the Victorian instrument.

Although it's not something the model regrets.

"The hourglass body is the image of the perfect woman," she concluded.

"I've come as close as I can to perfection, but I'm still trying."
