Stephanie Seymour is ready to talk about the tragic death of her son Harry Brant, who passed away in 2021 at the age of 24 from an accidental drug overdose.

“If I think that Harry would love something, I do it, and it does help me with my grief,” the 54-year-old supermodel told WSJ. Magazine.

For her cover story for the glossy’s spring women’s fashion issue, the catwalker paid touching tribute to Harry by posing in his favorite Saint Laurent suit designed by Hedi Slimane, with her late son’s name painted across her bare back alongside a heart.

“It’s a suit that I keep hanging in my dressing room, which is this big room where I keep all my stuff. I do my makeup there. I live in that room,” Seymour explained.

“I’d say, ‘Harry, I can’t wear a vintage couture dress to a parent-teacher conference,’ and he’d say, ‘Why not?’”

Naomi Campbell, who was Harry’s godmother, was among the fashion-world luminaries who honored him after his sudden death.

“I remember when he was 12, I’d take him to meetings and grown adults could not believe his mind and maturity. Steven Meisel loved him. Pat [McGrath] loved him. Everyone could see how special he was,” Campbell wrote at the time.

Seymour shared Harry with publisher and industrialist Peter Brant, whom she married in 1995. The couple are also parents to Peter Jr. and Lily Brant.
