The Duchess of York has confessed to undergoing a range of cosmetic treatments to improve her looks.
On the eve of her 60th birthday, Sarah Ferguson has revealed she had Botox and other work as part of an attempt to stay youthful.
However, the royal has now written off the more invasive treatments in favour of laser facelifts, report the Daily Mail.
The 90-minute procedure is supposed to boost the body's production of the wrinkle-reducing protein Collagen.
The Duchess told the Daily Mail: "I had Botox a long time ago when there was nothing else available. I really don’t like the frozen look. I’m so animated and I like to be myself.
"I don’t like the thought of needles and am very glad if I look well and happy."
Ms Ferguson said she revels in being a 'guinea pig' and trying out new treatments at Dr Gabriela Mercik's clinic in Harley Street, London.
Over the years, she has had mesotherapy, fillers, a thread lift and more.
A thread lift is when the skin is stitched upwards to reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
The threads dissolve in under eight months, with the results lasting for around two years.
