Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ wedding festivities may finally be winding to a close, but the bride isn’t going out without a blinged-out bang.
On Wednesday night, Chopra, 36, and Jonas, 26, celebrated their second wedding reception in Mumbai, and the “Quantico” star chose another dazzling piece by Sabyasachi, the same Indian label behind the red lehenga Chopra chose for her Hindu ceremony earlier this month.
But all eyes were on the star’s enormous diamond necklace from the Sabyasachi Heritage Jewelry collection. The brand told Page Six Style that the blinding bling features 113 carats of rose-cut and fine-cut diamonds, and Chopra paired it with matching rose-cut diamond studs for even more sparkle.
And while the custom red outfit the actress wore to her Hindu wedding ceremony took 110 embroiderers 3,720 hours to make, the blue and gold brocade gown sounds equally intricate: Sabyasachi noted on social media that the borders of Chopra’s corseted dress were “tea-stained and acid-burnt to give the outfit a period feel.” The brand also shared a behind-the-scenes Instagram video showing how the look came together — and offering a close-up look at the necklace.
For Chopra and Jonas’ third and final reception on Thursday, reportedly for the actress’ Bollywood colleagues and friends, Chopra went for a heavily embellished crop-top-and-skirt combo by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, the same designer who created several of the star’s other wedding ensembles.
