Ari, a medical expert from Los Angeles, California, who goes by @thewellnesspharm on TikTok, shared a ‘100 per cent effective’ hangover remedy that will allow to you keep the holiday parties going on all night long.
She revealed she takes vitamin B complex, magnesium and a folic acid supplement with an electrolyte drink, claiming it is ‘single-handedly the most effective way’ to skip the throbbing headaches that come after a night of drinking.

Ari explained that you take the supplements the morning after your wild night out or before you go to bed, if it has been ‘an hour’ since you stopped drinking.
She added that if you don’t have an electrolyte drink, you can add some ‘Himalayan salt’ to water and it will work just the same.
