A busy mum has spilled on how she manages to make a month of family breakfasts ahead of time – with other parents then weighing in on the cooking hack.
Amanda Ranit, from Oregon, US, made a handy video demonstration on how she makes 100 egg and sausage breakfast muffins and freezes them so they're ready to grab in the morning.
She uploaded the video on Tiktok and it has gone viral with more than 755,000 views, Mirror Online reports.
In the clip, Amanda explains: "I get a lot of questions about how I make these breakfast sandwiches for my family.
"I make about 100 sandwiches at a time."
Showing off a counter filled with English muffins topped with slices of cheese, she adds: "Add your favourite sliced cheese.
"I prefer Tillamook habanero jack cheese but today my husband requested boring cheddar.
"These ones are sausage. But they're great with Canadian bacon too."
Once the frozen patties have been added, the muffins are bagged and stored in the freezer.

In the video, Amanda says she stores the sandwiches in the freezer for up to three months.
And she says the best way to cook them is in an air fryer but they can be heated in the microwave if needed.
Because the sausage patties are pre-cooked before being frozen, it doesn't take too long to get them hot for breakfast.
While they are heating up, you can cook an egg to add on top for some extra protein.
But some people weren't so impressed, as one person commented with a vomit emoji: "People really eat this every day."
A second viewer insultingly wrote: "'Meal prep' what a joke."
But lots of parents praised her for the video and vowed to try out the technique at home.
One person wrote: "A lot more cost-effective than the four-pack of pre-made ones at the store! Love it."
Another wrote: "Brilliant! Having a plan also saves money. Thanks for the ideas!"
