Morrisons now does MULLED WINE crisps – and we don't know what to think

The bizarre flavour is made with real Merlot, and flavoured with the traditional wine flavourings such as ginger, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, orange and juniper.

The supermarket even recommends you to heat up the crisps in the microwave as this makes the flavours stand out even more.

The crisps are only available in Morrisons stores until December 26, so you'll have to head over to your nearest shop to be able to enjoy them – you can find your closest supermarket here.

The crisps are made of potatoes from Norfolk and cost £1 for a bag of 150g.

As always with crisps, you should eat them in moderation as they're not the healthiest snack around.

And the mulled wine flavour is just another example of this by containing 128 calories per recommended serving of 25g.

The mulled wine flavour is only the latest bizarre crisp flavour to hit supermarket shelves recently.

Last month, Iceland launched Christmas tree flavoured crisps while Walkers rolled out Brussels sprout crisps.

Meanwhile, Co-op has started selling roast potato flavoured crisps, leaving fans very confused.
