A stunning model has revealed her painful-looking wounds after having her bum implants removed.

The Brazilian model underwent the procedure to reverse her butt augmentation in order to compete in the Miss BumBum beauty pageant.

The competition seeks to find the woman with the best booty in the world.

Nathali Pereira, from Brazil, was disqualified from representing Germany in the Miss BumBum World 2020 competition after admitting she had bum implants.

She was ousted during the online selection process as the annual competition does not allow competitors with surgical butt enhancements.

The best bum must be au naturel.

In her quest to bag the crown, Nathali underwent a gruelling surgery to remove part of the 120ml of Polymethyl Methacrylate (PMMA) in her glutes.

The plastic substance is used in buttock augmentation to gain volume in the bum.

Nathali said: “After I learned of the rule that I could not have any plastic surgery on my butt, I decided to remove mine.

“I decided to tell them myself because I think that all contestants should tell the truth about the naturalness of their butt.”

She continued: “I confess that it was more painful to remove the silicone than to put it on, and now I have some bruises.

“I removed a part of the implants now and I will remove what was left in another surgery scheduled for December since there is a lot to remove and I could risk my life doing the complete removal in one go.”

The model revealed the painful reality of the procedure in a series of photos.

They showed her curvy bum covered in surgical dressings and with stitched up wounds.

The surgery took five hours in total.

Now, Nathali’s behind measured 96cm – down from her previous measurement of 112cm.

Playboy model Suzy Cortez, also Brazilian, currently holds the Miss BumBum crown.
