Meghan Markle is getting in the holiday spirit.
The Duchess of Sussex, 37, made a surprise visit Wednesday to the Hubb Community Kitchen, where she helped prepare a meal with the women with whom she created a cookbook earlier this year.
While chopping vegetables and preparing a Thanksgiving meal, Markle chose a monochromatic burgundy look that’s surprisingly affordable. She turned to fast fashion favorite Club Monaco for a $228 long-sleeved dress and a matching coat that’s on sale for $350.
The Duchess also chose an accessory that gives a subliminal message: a Meredith Hahn “Love” ring ($70). To complete the look, Markle chose $815 booties from favorite brand Givenchy.
Meanwhile, sister-in-law Kate Middleton also got the festive memo; she wore the same shade of burgundy to the University College London for an update on neurological research to help children’s well-being. Middleton, 36, opted for a skirt suit and turtleneck.
Both wore their hair tied back in a low ponytail, indicating that the matching outfits were more than just a coincidence. Perhaps they’ll wear another twinning look for Thursday’s Thanksgiving festivities.
