Inside Love Island stars’ return to the UK as Ekin-Su and Davide pack on the PDA

The Love Island 2022 finalists are finally heading back to the UK after over eight weeks of soaking up the sun in Majorca.

Winning couple Ekin-Su CülcüloğluandDavide Sanclimenti led the way as they made their way through the airport on 3 August, with the smitten pair looking as loved-up as ever as they held hands.

They were closely followed by runners-up Gemma Owen and Luca Bish, who could be seen wearing matching all-black ensembles for their journey home, and Indiyah Polack and Dami Hope, who wasted no time sharing sweet snaps on Instagram together.

Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page couldn't hide their excitement as they got ready to reunite with their families and friends, and the pair also shared their very first post-villa selfie on social media.

The four couples could be seen posing for a snap together in the airport which the Jet2 official Instagram account shared online, alongside the caption: "All checked in and ready to go," with a green tick emoji.

The Islanders looked casual for a change having swapped their swimsuits and sparkly dresses for trainers and comfy clothes as they made their way through the airport.

Ekin-Su, 27, wore a pair of baggy leather trousers with a cropped denim jacket for the journey as fellow winner Davide, also 27, opted for skinny jeans and a white polo shirt.



The winning pair, who each took home £25,000, got their mobile phones back before the trip too, and shared their first posts on Instagram, including an adorable video of them kissing and chatting to the camera.

Andrew, 27, and Tasha, 23, also followed suit, with Tasha taking to her Instagram Stories to post a sun-kissed selfie with her new beau as she joked that she'd taught him how to pout.

Estate agent Andrew also shared a screenshot of his first post-villa message to Tasha on social media, revealing that he'd finally managed to ask for his girlfriend's personal phone number.

Meanwhile, Dami, 26, seemed excited to finally get his hands back on his phone and wasted no time updating his Instagram followers on what he's up to.

After sharing a video on his Stories showing off the 'holding villa' that the Islanders stay in when they're not in the main villa, he posted a video alongside his girlfriend Indiyah, 23, alongside several photos.

The pair looked as smitten as ever as they joked around with Tasha and Andrew and updated their new fanbase about their journey back to the UK.




Luca, 23, and Gemma, 19, also appeared cosy as they cuddled on the trip, with the duo, who came in second place, both wearing matching all-black outfits and flashing a smile in a photo shared to Gemma's Stories.

Fishmonger Luca, who hails from Brighton, has opened up about his hopes of moving up north to Cheshire to be closer to Gemma, who lives in a a jaw-dropping mansion called Lower Soughton Hall in North Wales with her family, including her former footballer dad Michael.
