‘I couldn’t talk’: Bethenny Frankel reveals near-death experience with ‘rare fish allergy’

Bethenny Frankel is opening up about a near-death experience.

The former “Real Housewives of New York City” star, 48, revealed on Twitter that she was hospitalized in the Intensive Care Unit of Newton-Wellesley Hospital outside Boston after she suddenly fell ill Sunday.

Frankel said she “had soup, itched & was unconscious for 15 mins” before being transferred to the “ER & ICU for 2 days (with) BP of 60/40,” a dangerously low blood pressure that could be life-threatening.

“I couldn’t talk, see, thought I had a stroke & dying & told if 5 mins later I’d be dead,” the reality-star-turned-entrepreneur tweeted Monday. “911 & EPI saved me. I’ll never not carry an #epipen.”
