DEAR DEIDRE: AT the moment, all I can think about is the war in Ukraine.
I’m terrified it will lead to World War Three.

I’m a guy of 21 and work in an office. Since this began, I have found it so hard to concentrate.
I often find myself using my computer at work to check the news for the latest updates.
I used to wind down by mindlessly scrolling through social media on my phone.
But now it’s filled with graphic images and videos of the war.
I was up until 3am last night reading about it.
I’m so worried Britain will be dragged into a nuclear war.
I’ve even started buying gas masks off eBay.
I don’t want my family and friends getting hurt.
