Former church on sale for just £25,000 – but there’s a catch that might make you think twice | The Sun

A CHURCH will be available to buy for £25k – but there's a creepy catch.

The The 1,027 square foot property, located in Bucknall, Shropshire – includes two rooms, the larger of which boasts gorgeous wooden beams and hanging lights.

Other more modest sized side-room will need to be renovated by its future owners – and was likely used for storage.

While garden views are a welcome sight when you receive the keys to your property – the front and back yard of the former Baptist Church may tingle your spine.

When you step outside, you will be greeted by multiple graves – meaning family members of the deceased must be granted access if they wish to dig them up.

Moreover, past members of the congregation who pass away will be permitted to be buried in the outside space – meaning funerals will be allowed to be held there.
