Argos hasn’t revealed a list of exact locations for its reopened stores.

In a statement, the retailer said: “Following guidelines in England and Northern Ireland, we have opened some stores in these areas for the collection of pre-paid online orders.

“We will continue to open more stores over the coming weeks.

“You can use the store locator to get updates on your nearest stores.

“The Argos website is open as usual and still offering fast delivery.”

The statement added: “Argos stores in Sainsbury’s supermarkets are also open for the collection of pre-paid online orders.

“Please note, for the safety of our customers and colleagues, we are limiting the number of customers in our stores.

“You therefore may need to queue before entering to collect your Argos order.”
