Let’s take a closer look.
What time does Argos open for the sales?
Argos advises setting your alarm for 3am in order to take advantage of the quietest time on their website – 3am to 4am.

What products will be on sale?
While Argos has a web page dedicated to Black Friday, it has not revealed that items will be involved in the “top secret” sale.
On the site, the firm says: “Oh man, Black Friday is going to be amazing this year.
“We're so excited. We'd tell you all about our deals, but we can't right now- it's totally hush-hush, top secret.”
However, the company has already started to slash prices ahead of the festive period.
The new Huawei P20 Pro flagship has been reduced by £170 while £119 has been knocked off an 82-inch Samsung TV.
Argos has also taken £500 off Sony’s 70-inch 4K model.
What is Black Friday?
Black Friday is an American consumer import when big retailers slash the prices of a selection of items to attract huge numbers of shoppers.
The event usually hits the headlines for its frenzied nature on both sides of the pond, with footage of violent and frantic shoppers common.
It occurs each year on the day after Thanksgiving, with some Brits likening it to the Boxing Day sales on the day after Christmas.
