Lidl announces new safety measures for their stores
Lidl is known for its affordable pricing and great quality products. With Christmas just a matter of weeks away, many might start thinking about which supermarket they will get their centrepiece from this year. Discount retailer Lidl is the most recent supermarket to release their turkey range.
The turkey first appeared on Christmas tables in England during the 16th century and have become a festive staple ever since.
With all supermarkets selling turkeys, it can be hard to know which one offers the best value for money.
Discount retailer Lidl has released their turkey range today with various different sizes.
There are also full turkeys or turkey crowns available for those who are having smaller celebrations.

Hitting the shelves from December 19, Britons will have six days to get one.
With prices starting from £2.89 per kg, Lidl has said it makes their turkeys the most affordable place to buy one in the UK.
The Birchwood British Whole Turkey which comes in small, medium and large is the cheapest in Lidl’s range this year.
This bird is also Red Tractor certified so customers can guarantee great quality meat.
