Celebrities attending the 2019 Screen Actors Guild Awards are in for a star-worthy dinner on Sunday.
The ceremony menu, which will be prepared by Wolfgang Puck Catering, will feature several dishes including a squash and endive salad with dried cherries, mustard greens, and maple vinaigrette; maple and soy glazed salmon with sesame cauliflower and crispy shiso leaf; and grilled chicken with Meyer lemon salsa and lemon scented fingerling potato.
Feeding a crowd this large requires an enormous amount of food, including 1,600 Jidori chicken breasts, 450 lbs. of Scottish farm salmon, 3,000 endive leaves and three gallons of Vermont maple syrup.
Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, who is providing the wine for the big night, created a custom “Artists Blend” and bottle labeling in honor of the show, which will be hosted by Will and Grace star Megan Mullally.

The Artists Blend and a custom SAG Awards menu created by Cooper’s Hawk executive chef Matt McMillan will also be served at the 35 restaurants across the nation as they host viewing parties for the show.

The show, which honors the best achievements in film and television performances for the year 2018, will present 15 awards total, including individual as well ensemble and cast performances.
The 2019 SAG Awards will air live at 8 p.m. ET on both TBS and TNT this Sunday.
