When it comes to choosing an Easter egg, there’s often not much difference between them.
Most are just a simple chocolate egg, with a bag of treats either on the side or inside the shell itself.
But in a bid to mix things up a little, Cadbury is selling one this year which takes the theme on the box further.
For fans of Mini Eggs, you can buy an Easter egg with smashed up pieces of the sweets embedded in the chocolate.
Food blogger Helen J Tea spotted the egg in Tesco and tried it out.
She pointed out that the brand had made similar eggs a few years back and although she thought this one doesn’t have quite as many pieces, the egg itself is much bigger.
Her post said: ‘This didn’t have quite as many mini egg inclusions as the one I remember from a few years ago but this is probably twice this size!
‘Been eyeing this up for days since I bought it from @tescofood so happy to finally be able to manage some of it,’
The egg currently costs £12 at Tesco but look out for offers and deals as we get closer to April.
As well as the 507g egg, you get a bag of Mini Eggs to enjoy.
Helen sliced the egg open with a knife to show her followers the thick chocolate shell with bumps hiding the Mini Egg pieces.
Her followers were impressed.
One laughed: ‘Definitely need a chocolate hammer.’
Another added: ‘That egg looks so thick!’
‘This is my Easter egg this year,’ someone else said.
