YANKEE candles have long been the scented accessories of choice from homes up and down the country – but there's one snag.

The designer homewares brand's luxury candles can be a little pricey, so getting them on a deal is the dream.

But now Tesco has slashed the price of the jazzy candles to just £3 and bargain hunters can't get enough.

Savvy shopper Hannah Pockett posted about the deal on Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK.

She said: "Medium Yankee candles reduced to £3 each in Tesco. Bought the last four and put them away for Christmas."

The medium jars are priced at £22.99 on Yankee's website, making this a saving of just under £20 per candle.
