Stacey Solomon reveals how son has ‘finally got his own room’ at 13 after using stud wall to divide up bedrooms

ANY fan of Stacey Solomon will know that she is well and truly in nesting mode as she transforms her new house into a gorgeous family home.

After working her way round each of the rooms the Tap To Tidy author has now turned her attentions to her two older sons as she gives them their own special space to work and play.

The bright and fun bedrooms started life as a dowdy room with a grubby patterned carpet and tired magnolia walls.

On her Instagram, Stacey said: "It's taken months but it was so so worth it. It was just one big room before and my dad put a stud wall in the middle for them because he did the same for me and my sister when we were teenagers."

With the room divide in place, the boys now have their own space but are still connected by a door that goes from one room to the other, so they won't be far from each other.

Stacey said: "I'm so excited for the boys, especially Zachy, 13 years and he's finally got his own room.

In oldest son Zachary's room, Stacey installed stunning wardrobes with special space designated for his trainer collection.

While Leighton's room he also had his own wardrobe with a bright blue background and room for all his shoes plus hanging space for shirts and clothes.

Stacey arranged his desk with lovely finishing touches including heart-shaped pen pots, a Sonic the hedgehog phone holder and a personalised notepad.

Zachary's desk was stocked with all the latest tech a teenager could want with a computer, gaming chair and wall mounted TV.

The lucky 13-year-old also had a cosy looking double bed and storage units either side.

While Leighton had a playful bunk bed in his room and a wall of fun neon lights.

Previously Stacey showed off a jaw-dropping staircase transformation as she ditched her red carpet and stripped back the oak.

How about when Stacey revealed an incredible home transformation from a grubby green room to a pretty pink wall that cost her just pennies?

And also Stacey revealed a bathroom transformation that took her minutes with a black-and-white theme and a sign saying "nice bum".
