Meghan Markle uses 'megaformer bed' about 'three times a week' to stay in shape, fitness expert predicts

THE mastermind behind Meghan Markle’s favourite workout has spilled the beans on how women can achieve her signature toned body.

Sebastien Lagree, 37, is the founder of the Lagree Fitness class which targets the whole body using a machine called a ‘megaformer bed’ – a favourite with the Duchess.

The machine has a moving carriage which you use to strengthen your core by holding planks and performing various high intensity, low-impact exercises.

Speaking to Femail, personal trainer and founder Sebastien said: “I suspect Meghan does it about three times a week.

“She looks like she's very committed and I recommend two or three times a week."

His highbrow celebrity clientele is also said to include Jennifer Aniston, Rihanna, Viola Davis, the Kardashians and multiple Victoria Secret models.

He added: “'I had people coming up to me saying they want to look like Meghan.

"Meghan said you only need to go to the class a couple of times to see a difference, and I think that's part of the appeal."

The Duchess of Sussex openly revealed that she owes her figure to the progressive workout, hailing it ‘hands down the best thing you can do for your body.’

The Studio Lagree classes are dotted around London in locations such as Canary Wharf and White City, as well as all over the US.

The sessions usually last 45 minutes and can burn up to 800 calories.
