Kate Middleton and Crown Princess Mary are very much royal style sisters in that they love to channel many of the same looks.
Speaking of the pair, Daena Borrowman, marketing manager at jewellerybox, stated: “The Duchess of Cambridge and Princess Mary of Denmark are near style twins, with a penchant for coats, drop-waist dresses and strong trousers.
“Kate and Mary have even been spotted on different occasions wearing the same dresses from Beulah London, Emilia Wickstead, Jenny Packham and many more.”
The stylish royal women have both been spotted rocking an all-white pantsuit.
The Duchess of Cambridge marked Windrush Day earlier this year on June 22, 2022, at Brixton House in London.
She stunned in a chic white pantsuit by Alexander McQueen.
The jacket is believed to be the Leaf crepe padded-shoulder woven jacket, currently retailing at £1,370.
Underneath the jacket Kate wore what appears to be just a simple white vest.
To complete the monochromatic look, the Duchess paired the ensemble with a pair of pointed-toe white pumps.
These are believed to be either the Jimmy Choo Romy 85 or Gianvito Rossi 105 white leather heel.
As for accessories, she opted for a pair of statement earrings which boasted turquoise and gold geometric patterns.
These were the Florence Earrings from Chalk Jewellery, costing an affordable £70.
She wore the Mulberry Small Amberley Crossbody Bag in White Grain Leather, priced at £675, carrying it in her hand as opposed to wearing it crossbody.
But the Duchess of Cambridge wasn’t the first royal to sport head-to-toe white.
More than a decade before, Crown Princess Mary of Denmark donned an almost identical outfit to the British Duchess.
On November 23, 2011, the royal visited Corporate Culture and Cult in Melbourne, Australia, with husband Prince Frederik.
She opted for a monochromatic look in the form of a white jacket and trousers.
The royal paired this with a white blouse that had a sheer component on the bodice.
Like Kate, the Princess was absolutely stunning in the fitted, chic ensemble.
Both royal fashionistas wore their straight, dark locks down, cascading past their shoulders.
There were some slight differences in the way the royals accessorised; Princess Mary opted for elegant pearl drop earrings as opposed to statement ones.
And unlike the Duchess, she opted for a pop of colour with a snakeskin clutch and matching pumps.
