I tried a dress from Kim Kardashian’s Skims in size XS – I have ‘hip dips’ and it makes me hate them less | The Sun

THE viral dresses from Kim Kardashian's Skims come in a variety of colors and styles, but they have one thing in common.

All the dresses from Skims are figure-hugging, which makes some shoppers nervous to wear them.

When TikTok user Makaylah (@_.kaylah04) received her Skims shipment, she was eager to try the much-beloved dress on.

Like many Skims customers before her, Makaylah was so impressed, she had to share her review in a video.

The five-foot-five woman said she purchased the Soft Lounge Long Slip Dress, $78, in an extra-small.

She filmed herself in the bathroom, where she modeled the dress for the camera, showing off the front, back, and profile view.

"I hate hip dips, but this dress makes me hate them less," Makaylah confessed in the caption.

True to its name, the dress skimmed over her hips while accentuating her waist and glutes.

Makaylah called herself "proof that girls with hip dips can pull off a Skims dress."

She encouraged others to buy it, adding that the "super stretchy material" and adjustable straps made it easy to wear.

Makaylah's followers agreed that she completely owned the look.

"My queen!" wrote one commenter. "She's serving."

Others echoed the sentiment. One woman called Makaylah "Mommyyyyyyy," while another said "Pop off, mama."

A fan was worried she didn't have the right body shape to wear a dress from Skims. "I have hip dips and a belly pudge," she said.

But she received encouragement right away. "Pudges are cute!" Makaylah wrote in response.

"You barely have hip dips though," another woman told Makaylah. "I have BIG ones."

This time, Makaylah had backup who could tell the fan to go ahead and buy the dress.

"Girls with hip dips be the finest," the supportive commenter declared.
