Up Close With the Air Jordan 6 "Georgetown" PE

Special player exclusive sneakers are expected to be gifted to the colleges that Jordan Brand sponsors every year, and lately it’s been the Air Jordan 6 that has been focal silhouette. So far, the model has been fashioned for Jordan’s alma-mater UNC, University of Oklahoma and UCLA, and now Georgetown University‘s variation has been unveiled.

From top to bottom, the retro silhouette has been remixed with the signature colors of Hoya Nations. The Washington D.C.-based institute is represented through the top halves that are mostly covered in an icy blue skin, but lighter gray accents pop up across the tongues and heel pieces. Like the other universities, this edition is decorated with chenille patches on the throat that split between a “23” on the right shoe and a Jumpman logo on the left. The Georgetown “G” logo is parked out on the rear end to call out the private institution, and the lace toggles have been dyed in a bold blue hue for extra contrast.

Peep a closer look at the pair above and know that these will not be dropping to the public.
