A man has been left feeling like he wants to ‘cut off’ his own hands because of the agony they leave him in.
Dr Pimple Popper’s newest patient sees someone going through ‘excruciating’ pain due to cuts and slits all over his cracked, rough hands.
From a heart-breaking story of a grandad living trapped ‘like a hermit’ in his house because he’s too ’embarrassed’ by his plum-sized nose, to a man with a burst cyst smelling like ‘death’ and looking like ‘scrambled eggs’, Dr Sandra Lee has seen it all, and helps patients across America with their skin problems.
However, in a new preview, her next patient is in so much pain, they want to cut off their own hands.
‘My hands feel like 80-grit sandpaper,’ he begins.
‘The smaller cuts feel like paper cuts and then when I’ve got these bigger ones, they feel like actual knife cuts.
‘I can’t fully shut my hands without my skin just completely cracking and splitting.
‘It’s hard to do simple tasks, opening a drink, going to the bathroom, driving, using silverware.’
The clip cuts from scenes of the cuts and splits in his rough skin to showing him using his teeth to open a plastic bottle, unable to use his hands because of the pain.
He continues: ‘They don’t ever stop hurting.
‘The pain is so excruciating that I feel like i would rather cut my hands off than have them for another second.’
Viewers have showered him in sympathy after watching the heart-breaking clip.
One wrote: ‘Am sure the pain is unbearable this looks painful.’
‘Sheesh! I’d just put my hands in Vaseline all day to avoid the pain!’ another penned.
This comes after another of Dr Lee’s patients spoke about living in ‘itchy hell’ because of his ‘crocodile skin’.
Jimmy, whose body is covered in dry skin that often bleeds due to itching, is in so much pain that he can’t even wear clothes.
He explains: ‘These bumps are all over my legs, my arms, my back, my chest, feels like I’m running my fingers over a crocodile. Being in my skin, it’s an itchy hell.’

He continues: ‘Everyday it’s a hell waking up, I know I’m going to be scratching and what not, I try to occupy my mind with other things just to keep my mind off it. 90% of my body is covered.’
The video then cuts to uncomfortable clips of Jimmy itching over his body and pulling at his dry skin.
‘Because clothes hurt so bad, I have to wear shorts and no shirt or just a tank top,’ Jimmy says.
‘The worst part of my body are my legs. With the scratching and everything, if I don’t keep my fingernails short, I’m just ripping the skin and sometimes it bleeds really badly.’
