Now that Kumail Nanjiani is officially a superhero, he’s got all that Marvel money to spend! Reported by Dirt, Nanjiani and his wife Emily V. Gordon just won a bidding war and bought a gorgeous farmhouse in Larchmont Village, Los Angeles.
Built in 2015, the home was bought by the couple at $500,000 over the asking price, which meant they snagged the farmhouse for a cool $3.7 million. Their new home, which has four bedrooms and four baths, covers 4,000 square feet in its two stories.
Important selling points include the detached two-story garage which was transformed into a gym, the sliding barn doors in the dining room and an al fresco dining deck perfect for entertaining friends in the warm L.A. weather. The kitchen is also a major highlight with a massive island, a marble backsplash, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a La Cornue range and hood.
On the second floor, vaulted ceilings in the bedroom add a unique touch while a private attached balcony makes for the perfect morning coffee spot. Nanjiani and Gordon hopefully have a lot of clothes given the massive walk-in closet. Other must-see areas in the home include the office and the backyard with a modern pool and spa.
