Jameson Whiskey and African empowerment imprint HOMECOMING have joined forces to host a global, culture-connecting tour, titled #ALLCONNECT, with three landmark events in Atlanta, London and Lagos later this month. Ahead of the tour’s commencement, Jameson and HOMECOMING have recruited Black-owned, Amsterdam-based streetwear label Patta to create a limited-edition T-shirt collection in support of the cross-continental event.
The T-shirts arrive in four different colorways — pink, green, white and black — each representing the cities that #ALLCONNECT will take over, as well as HOMECOMING and Jameson’s iconographic tones. On them, each brand’s respective logo finds prominence around the aforementioned tour’s emblematic title.
The #ALLCONNECT tour will commence on August 29 in London, before heading to Atlanta on September 3 and concluding in Lagos on September 11. According to the event’s official description, attendees can expect “a transatlantic cultural exchange” that celebrates “a shared passion for music, style and whiskey.”
With HOMECOMING’s goal of reinvesting back into African art and culture at the forefront of the concept, 100% of profits from the new T-shirt collection will benefit WAF Skatepark in Lagos, a cross-generational project supported by WAFFLESNCREAM, Nigeria’s inaugural skate company.
