Royal fans spot Prince William’s sweet tribute to brother Harry in behind the scenes video

Eagle-eyed Royal fans have spotted a touching – albeit subtle – nod to Prince Harry, from Prince William and his family.

The once close brothers have become estranged in recent years amid reports of an explosive rift between the pair.

William ensured his younger brother was subtly included in a recent video offering behind-the-scenes insight into King Charles' coronation though.

In the footage, which was released on William and Kate Middleton's YouTube channel, the family can be seen preparing for the historical event at their home at Kensington Palace.

When the couple's daughter Princess Charlotte enters the shot, walking across a drawing room, a piano is seen in the background. A series of framed photographs adorn the top, with one in particular grabbing the attention of viewers.

Many believe the image is that of a young Prince William and Prince Harry with their late mother, Diana, Princess of Wales. Diana tragically died at just 36-years-old in 1997 when the princes were 15 and 12, respectively.

The Mirror reports the image in question is believed to be the one used for Diana's 1995 Christmas card, sent out before she divorced King Charles, then the Prince of Wales. In the image, Diana is seen smiling with her sons.

The video was praised on social media, with YouTube commenters impressed with the "slick" editing, and behind-the-scenes look at the family as they got ready to attend the Coronation.

One viewer said: "Slick, stylish and such a good edit of the weekend. More please! A fan from Royal Hillsborough, Co Down!"

Another said: "When [Princess] Charlotte and Prince Louis entered the room in their Coronation outfits what a beautiful photo, the excitement written over their faces said it all. Some wonderful moments thank you".

A third commented: "This was such an amazing and historic event! Bravo to all that were involved in putting this together! Thank you for sharing this with all of us!! Loved every moment of this!!"

And another added: "Oh my! This gave me ALL the feels!!"

The Coronation marked the first time William and Harry were seen publicly at the same event since the release of Harry’s controversial memoir, Spare.

Harry, the Duke of Sussex, didn't hold back in the book, with much of the criticism directed towards his brother William and step-mother Queen Consort Camilla – but Charles and Kate Middleton didn't escape the scorned Prince's wrath, either.

From arguments to tragic admissions, unexpected romances and even talk of brainwashing, the book unpacks a multitude of stories from Harry's life.

The brothers reportedly didn't speak at the Coronation, with a source telling the Daily Beast: "Put it this way: I don’t think anyone expects Harry to get an invite to William's Coronation."

They added: "It's very clear that William and Kate are now extremely important members of the institution, so their view on Harry, which is basically the further away the better, will have to be taken into account."
