Marcia Gay Harden, 63, declared “my children are all queer” while at the live virtual fundraiser over the weekend as she spoke to one of the telethon’s host Adam Shankman.
The award-winning actress divulged that her eldest, Eulala, 24, is non-binary, while 19-year-old Hudson is gay and his twin Julitta identifies as gender fluid.
Marcia explained that her children not only “teach me every day” but are also the driving force behind her appearance and support for the event which was raising funds for LGBT charities.
She shared her resentment over “even having to do this”, questioning: “What is the big problem?”
The Flubber star, who is just one Grammy award away from achieving EGOT status, rarely discusses her personal life made an exception for the fundraiser as she so adamantly believes in the cause.
She admitted her own children have some privileges due to her fame, adding: “They’re only invigorated to fight harder but I think it’s the LGBTQ+ kids that aren’t getting the finances and their needs…it’s hurting them much more.”
On Monday, Marcia shared some backstage and red carpet snaps from the telethon, urging her 116,000 followers to donate: “The only thing dangerous about drag is how hot these Queens are!
“Our nation, our neighbors, our children, artists, our singers, our dancers, our better leaders, ceo’s, writers, spiritual leaders, basically our humanity.
“Gay is here to stay. Drag is here to stay. Donate what you can, and join us in spreading the love.”

The Mad Max star, whose adopted daughter is trans, declared: “I’m in your corner and we’ve got you, and I will f**ck anybody up who’s trying to f**ck… with you guys.
“In all seriousness, there’s so many things that are hurting and really killing our kids, and we all know what I’m talking about right now, and it ain’t no drag queen.
“Because if you’ve ever seen a drag queen lip sync for her life, it only makes you happier! It makes you a better person!”
