Love Island’s Faye Winter ’s ‘dig’ at ex Teddy as she says ‘today sucked’

Faye Winter seemingly made a dig towards her ex partner Teddy Soares as she continued packing to move out of their shared house.

The Love Island star, 27, announced the split after several months of speculation in February, and is now set to move out of the home they shared together.

She posted a photo of herself on her posing to the camera with her hand under her chin on her Instagram story on Thursday as she wrote: "TODAY SUCKED"

"Emptying the kitchen and cleaning the whole house to find a freezer defrosted not sure when ago! The smell I tell you smelt like a washed up whale. Sick of doing it now!

"Anyone would think it's just me moving out," she added.

Faye previously shared updates on her moving process, as she posted a photo of a bed piled high with boxes and bags last week, with the caption: "Why is moving so hard," with a crying emoji and a white heart emoji. "One room packed, on to the rest."

Faye, 27, posted a statement on her Instagram announcing the split back in February, with a picture of their golden retriever, Bonnie.

"I wanted to let you know that after lots of time and consideration, Teddy and I have decided to go our separate ways," she wrote.

"Thank you all so much for supporting our relationship and sharing the journey with us."

She concluded by saying: "Lots of love, Faye and Bonnie."

Faye and Teddy, 28, were the last remaining couple together from the 2021 series of the show.

Speculation had been s wirling about their relationship a while before Faye's announcement, following several cryptic social media posts, with neither one mentioning or posting a snap with the other for a couple of months.

Teddy has also broken his silence, though not explicitly referring to the split.

Posting a photo to Instagram, his cryptic caption read: "Love you all following the journey, there is always going to be ups and downs, but we keep going."

Teddy's post came a day after Faye released a statement confirming the split.

Teddy previously posted a video on social media of him crying, revealing he was in a "difficult position" and that "it's okay to cry".
