Join Wonderwall.com as we take a look at the latest celebrity love news — from makeups to breakups and everything in between — for early April 2022… It’s official: President Joe Biden’s eldest granddaughter, Naomi Biden, is marrying fiancé Peter Neal in November — and the reception will be held at the White House. On April 3, Naomi, 28 — a lawyer who’s the daughter of Hunter Biden and first wife Kathleen Buhle — revealed the exciting news via Twitter, writing, “Peter and I are endlessly grateful to my Nana and Pop for the opportunity to celebrate our wedding at the White House. We can’t wait to make our commitment to one another official and for what lies ahead.” First lady Dr. Jill Biden’s press secretary, Michael LaRosa, told The Associated Press that the family is “still in the planning stages of all the wedding festivities” nd that “consistent with other private events hosted by the first family and following the traditions of previous White House wedding festivities in prior administrations, the Biden family will be paying for the wedding activities that occur at the White House.” Peter, 24 — who’s in his final semester of law school at the University of Pennsylvania — proposed in the fall of 2021 after about four years of dating. The last White House wedding took place in the Rose Garden in 2013 when President Barack Obama’s official photographer, Pete Souza, married Patti Lease. In 2008, President George W. Bush’s daughter Jenna Bush and her husband, Henry Hager, had their wedding reception at the White House too, according to the White House Historical Association.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker exchanged vows in Las Vegas in the early hours of April 4, outlets including TMZ and People reported. The couple of a little more than a year showed up to Sin City’s One Love Wedding Chapel shortly after attending the 2022 Grammy Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena nearby. The chapel’s owner, Marty Frierson, told People that Kourtney and Travis “requested Elvis Presley, that was mandatory” as their officiant. Speculation that the ceremony, which lasted about 30 minutes, wasn’t legal turned out to be true: On April 6, Kourtney confirmed they did not have a marriage license for the impromptu nuptials. “Once upon a time in a land far, far away (Las Vegas) at 2am, after an epic night and a little tequila, a queen and her handsome king ventured out to the only open chapel with an Elvis and got married (with no license). Practice makes perfect,” she captioned a series of photos from their ceremony on Instagram.

Lol love you AG,” which led to speculation that they hadn’t really broken up. Yeah, so I feel like that one didn’t count, you know, that was like a practice,” she said. “Then I was married to my ex-husband [retired baseball star Jim Edmonds], who I have my kids with, for five years. And that was real. That was a real, legitimate marriage and divorce. And then this last one is gonna be annulled, so I’ve had three weddings and two marriages.”
