Gemma Collins has stepped in to support her ex-boyfriend James Argent on his weight loss journey, it has been reported.
James, 33, announced last month that he is to undergo surgery in an attempt to "save his life" after hitting 26 stone.
But before he qualifies for the operation, the former The Only Way Is Essex star has to slim down to avoid post-surgery complications.
His ex-girlfriend and former co-star is now thought to be lending a helping hand to Arg after losing a whopping three stone herself.
